Beyond the Tech Roadmap: Building Senior Leadership Teams to Move at the Speed of Innovation

October 31 @ 10:15 am - 10:50 am

Your organization has the budget, the talent, and the technology roadmap. You’re investing in AI, exploring emerging technologies, and chasing the next breakthrough.

But here’s the question that’s often overlooked: Is your leadership team performance at the level needed to move at the speed of innovation? Research shows that 70% of digital transformations fail—not because of the technology, but because of organizational factors, including senior leadership team alignment and execution. It’s one thing to understand and embrace the tech, it’s another to have leadership teams working cohesively to navigate the complexities, cross-functional initiatives, and rapid pivots that emerging technologies demand.

Join this interactive roundtable to explore: What leadership teaming factors are critical to move beyond emergence to successful implementations of innovations? This session focuses on how optimizing your leadership team’s effectiveness is a competitive advantage in the emerging technology landscape. Facilitated by Kimberley Lewis Parsons, CEO of Bamboo Teaming, senior leaders will share real challenges in teaming they’ve faced, lessons learned, and strategies they’ve used to build capacity in the teaming factors needed to execute during rapid technological change. Ideal for: CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Chief Innovation Officers, and senior technology leaders who recognize that their leadership team’s effectiveness is as critical as their technology stack.
