Together, we’ll discover, define, and learn how to activate joy in daily life. Joy fuels your sense of purpose. Joy also supports resilience and well-being. We’ll also explore a building block of purpose – your natural strengths. In preparation for our workshop, please complete the Strengths Survey (link below) at least one day prior to the workshop.
