WoTech Power Hour

January’s WoTech Power Hour will be hosted by TORC Robotics in Blacksburg. An AV leader for nearly 18 years, Torc is commercializing autonomous, self-driving trucks for safe, sustained innovation in the trucking industry. At this Power Hour event at Torc’s Blacksburg site, meet female Torc’rs revolutionizing transportation from here in our region, hear exciting stories about the advancement of self-driving trucks and the essential role Torc plays in the economy, and take a peek inside one of the Torc trucks during an open garage truck tour. Bring your thinking cap and get ready for a fun night of treats and drinks, socializing with new and familiar faces, and TRIVA with WoTech and the ladies of TORC Robotics. This event will be in person at TORC’s main office in Blacksburg, and we will compete in a fun few rounds of trivia!
That’s right – Trivia competition! WoTech Vs. TORC!
Trivia topics will include: General trivia, pop culture, famous people, movies, tech trivia…and a final round of “Talk TORC to me”
Doors open at 5:30p in Blacksburg for socializing and treats. Event begins at 6p.
