KAI Accreditation Course
November 27, 2023
Improve Team Performance with KAI
If you are working with teams that are divided with conflict, or your creative teams are not giving you the results your clients want, KAI can help.
Based on over 45 years of published research, KAI is used across the globe to predict team dynamics and help lead organizational change. Practitioners embrace it, because it delivers results.
KAI can be used to:
- Improve understanding of self, and how best to work with those who have different problem-solving styles. Recognize when individuals are coping to work with you.
- Help creative teams realize what the problem may require to be solved, more adaption or more innovation. Note, we contrast innovation with adaption; both producing novelty.
- Predict the types of products/services a creative team may develop, and how to modify instructions to get the results needed.
- Improve collaboration and reduce conflict between teams and groups.
To predict team dynamics, manage team-to-team operations, or lead organizational change, knowledge of problem-solving style is key.
Our next KAI Accreditation Course is offered in a hybrid format, with an online component, and face-to-face time scheduled December 11-14, at the Higher Education Center, in Roanoke, Virginia. Check our December course flyer for timetable and details on course expectations.
