Let’s talk Game Changer Week! The event is Sept. 13-15 in Roanoke and Blacksburg and will include everything from panel discussions specific technologies to workshops for college students to happy hours to engaging talks. All the sessions and information are hosted by companies that are part of the regional innovation ecosystem and are designed to help you take something back to your workplace. Highlights include:

• Biotechnology deep dive in Roanoke (Sept. 13) to kick off the week
• Talk with Jason Feifer, editor of Entrepreneur Magazine, and author of “Build for Tomorrow” and host of a podcast of the same name (Sept. 14)
• Interactive discussion with Melissa Doman about mental health in the workplace (Sept. 15)
• Block party with live music, food, and games at the Virginia Tech Corporate Research Center (Sept. 15)

Game Changer Week is free to attend and open to working professionals at any level and students that want to engage with professionals. Participants – no matter the career or business stage – find their catalyst at networking events, thought leaders in action, and educational opportunities, and leave with real-world connections and new knowledge to be inspired.

Tech on Tap is the only series of events purely focused on networking within the regional Technology Community. It offers guests a laid back atmosphere to enjoy a cold drink and network with peers.
