The Virginia Tech Center for Economic and Community Engagement is leading a data collection process of the most needed jobs, skills, and competencies employers need immediately and in the future. They need your input for one of two 10-minute surveys to determine this region’s talent needs.

There’s a direct benefit to employers as well:

  • Actionable regional workforce data and in-demand skills
  • Asset map of education and training resources available in the region
  • Prioritized list of projects to strengthen talent pathways within industry
